ZC MPEG to DVD Burner is an application that allows you to transcode and burn mpeg (Mpeg, Mpeg2, Mpeg4, VCD/SVCD) files to DVD discs.
Features of this program include support for NTSC and PAL TV systems, DVD-5 and DVD-9 discs, widescreen and standard TV, the possibility to merge up to 4 hours of multiple movies to one disc and burn DVD-Video Discs playable on any home DVD player. You can also let the program shutdown your computer after a job is performed.
ZC MPEG to DVD Burner has a basic interface with all of its tools in a single window: a preview screen, input files, and output settings. It is intuitive and easy to use but graphics need some work, and you can't edit menu or aspect of the DVD, so you get the feeling of a cheap application.
If you want to burn some videos from your hard drive, you may want to test this software. A free trial which allows you to create 3 DVDs is available for download at the developer's site.
